Speech Therapy
Our passionate and professional speech and language pathologist are concerned with human speech and language communication disorders, and related issues. Our speech and language pathologist are trained and understand that there are multiple methods of human communication using all human senses both nonverbal communication (such as facial expression posture and gesture), and verbal communication. Our speech and language pathologist are trained to observe and evaluate for disorders of verbal communication, the production of verbal communication, the understanding of meaning of verbal communication, swallowing disorders, as well as how speech results from voice production, and the manipulation of speech sounds creates language.
Upon well trained passionate and professional speech and language pathologist, an accurate and well skilled evaluation, observation, and assessment may lead to several different clinical pathways treatment depending on the nature and severity of the disorder as well as common treatments may range from physical strengthening exercises, instructive or repetitive practice and drilling, to the use of audio-visual aids and introduction of strategies to facilitate functional communication. Speech therapy may also include sign language and the use of picture symbols or Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC).

- Assist Patients With Clearing of Confusion & Dementia
- Assist Patients With Cognitive Communication Impairments, Such As Attention, Memory, and Problem-Solving Disorders
- Assist Patients with Specific Speech / Voice Production and Establishing Effective Maintenance Programs
- Develop Proper Control of The Vocal & Respiratory Systems for Proper Voice Production
- Develop & Train Patients on Communicative Activities of Daily Living
- Training the patient, family, and/or Other Caregivers to Supplement The Speech-Language Communication Skills or Treatment Programs
- Assist Patients With Aphasia in Rehabilitation of Speech & Language Skills
